Draft for operator review before launch.
Review Kit Studio is operated by Duvsoft. We use AWS Cognito for account sign-in, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI to generate review reply drafts. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored by Review Kit Studio.
We retain account identifiers, purchase references, access status, and credit balances to provide and restore purchases. Business details, review text, and selected tone are sent to OpenAI when you request a reply. Generated replies are cached for about 24 hours to handle retries; deletion may take longer because database expiration is asynchronous. Input reviews are not saved in our database. OpenAI’s own data handling policies apply; disabling API response storage does not guarantee zero provider retention.
Logos are sent to our backend only when generating your PDF, processed in memory, and not intentionally saved. Business form text and sign-in state are stored in your browser session. We keep operational logs for 14 days and retain database backups. Third-party font and icon services receive ordinary browser requests.
Avoid including private customer details in reviews. Contact the operator for access, correction, or deletion requests. Purchase and accounting records may need to be retained after an account request. For support and privacy requests, email support@duvsoft.com.
